Thank you so much for your partnership with Lifeline Christian Mission!
Because of the growth God has blessed us with, Lifeline has been in the process of upgrading our website and database through a number of phases. You may have noticed some initial changes, which have been rolled out the past couple weeks.
But, as you know, technology upgrades can have their challenges. As we begin implementing these changes, we anticipate that there will be bumps along the way. Please be assured that we are working alongside you to resolve any questions and concerns you may have!
What upgrades can you look forward to, as they are phased in over the next 18 months?
- Log in capabilities for sponsors to manage their child sponsorship relationship
- Smoother process for mission trip registrations
- Mobile friendly website to provide you a better experience
- Simpler online donation process
- Ease in managing your recurring donations under your unique log in account
- Set up your own fundraising page for a ministry you are passionate about, such as raising donations from friends and family to build a home for a needy family/sponsor child
These steps forward are making the ministry function more efficient with our ministry resources.
We realize that you will have questions along the way. Our door is always open to your thoughts, concerns and suggestions! We also ask that you prayerfully join us during this process. Please pray for:
- Our field staff who continue serve the children and families around the world on your behalf
- Our staff who have spent countless hours upgrading systems and trying to minimize disruptions
- Upcoming phases are implemented smoothly with minimal bumps
