Step 1: Create your secure login
At our website - www.Lifeline.org - click "Login/Sign Up" in the upper right hand corner.
(note: on mobile view, "Login/Sign Up" is on the upper left side)
In the form that pops up, click on the green "Sign Up Now!" link.
In the form that pops up, type your first name, last name, and email address. Then create your own password and type that in. Press the blue "Sign Up for Free" button.
A verification email will be sent to the email you provided in the account sign up. Simply follow the prompts to complete your account.
Congratulations! You have now created your login for your account!

Step 2: Log in to access your account features
At our website - www.Lifeline.org - click on "Login/Sign Up" in the upper right hand corner. (note: in mobile view, it’s on the upper left side)
In the form that pops up, type in the email address and password that you used to create your account.
Click the blue "Log in” button.
Click the blue "Log in” button.
You are now logged into your account. How do you know? In the upper right corner, it will say your name. For example: “Sarah’s account”.

On this page you'll find the groups you are partnered with, along with other Together information.
Two blue buttons appear underneath your group(s): Gift Packs and Benevolent Funds. Click on these to learn more about ways you can financially support the group you are partnered with!
You can also find more information about your group by clicking on the three small horizontal lines on the right side of your group.
Then click on "View Group Profile".
Here you will see information about your group and the community that the group is in! And you can also click on the two blue buttons below the group information to download your group photo and read stories from the newsfeed!

In the upper right hand corner, click on your name/account, for example: “Sarah's account”.
On the drop down that appears, click on "My Together Dashboard". This is your go-to area as a Together partner!
On this page you'll find the groups you are partnered with, along with other Together information.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have created my account, logged in, and looked under "My Together Dashboard" but I do not see my group.
There could be multiple reasons:
- If we had multiple email addresses for you/your family, then it could be under a different email address. Please call or email us and we can redirect your account to your preferred email address.
- If you are married or partnering with the group with a group/friend/family member, your group may be under your group/spouse/friend's name. Please let us know whose account you prefer the group to be listed under for donations, etc.
