You keep ministry momentum moving when you support the ministry of our stateside missionaries: our Lifeline staff who dedicate their lives 24/7 to restoring hope around the world. Your prayers and donations enable our staff to be your hands and feet, as God's love is shared through Lifeline's ministry communities!

Julie shares:

I have had a heart for mission work since my first trip to Haiti with my youth group! Years later I actually went back to Haiti to work full time in an orphanage.  The Haitians stole a piece of my heart forever!  Ask me about having a motorcycle wreck in Haiti and getting to experience a stay at a Haitian Hospital.

After I lost my brother in a car accident while I was in Haiti, my husband and I decided to return home and start a family.  God richly blessed us with four beautiful daughters and five wonderful grandchildren!

I never lost my desire for the mission field and went on mission trips any time I could work it out.  I have been blessed to lead mission trips to Japan, Africa, Guyana, Philippines, Barbados, Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic!

Prior to working at Lifeline, I worked as a Surgery Residency Program Coordinator first at Good Samaritan Hospital and then at the University of Cincinnati.

In 2011 my home church, Bright Christian Church, took their first mission trip to Haiti with Lifeline.  My daughter, Kristie, and I signed up to go.  While there, I gave my testimony to the Haitian women about my husband and I’s experiences in Haiti and the many mission trips we had led.  The next day Christi Dimbath, Lifeline’s Missionary Development Director, asked if I would have any interest in volunteering with Lifeline and the rest is history!

I started training and leading teams in 2012 and came on board full-time in 2016!

I used to have lots of things I loved to do like snow skiing and such, but since those grandbabies came along, there is nothing I enjoy more than spending time with them! God IS good!
