Emily WongRandy serves on our Operations and Logistics Team.

You keep ministry momentum moving when you support the ministry of our stateside missionaries: our Lifeline staff who dedicate their lives 24/7 to restoring hope around the world. Your prayers and donations enable our staff to be your hands and feet, as God's love is shared through Lifeline's ministry communities!

Randy shares:

I first heard about Lifeline while helping out with ICOM (International Conference On Missions) with my wife, Joan. My wife, granddaughter, and I had been a part of a couple of meal packs, and it really struck a chord in my heart that any of us can make a difference in someone’s life, even with something as simple as a single meal.

God has blessed me in my career for many years and has always provided for us. My family has never had a lack. But I had a burning in my heart. I had been saying for several years how much I would love to have more time to serve in ministry, especially in missions.

So, when God put an opportunity before me and my wife to serve with Lifeline Christian Mission, it was like He was saying, “It’s time to walk the walk if you are going to talk the talk!”

We have so much in the United States, yet millions of people in the world don't know if they will eat today! More importantly, there are many millions who do not know Jesus as their Savior. By providing meals and showing the love of Christ, many hearts will be opened to the gospel! Jesus said, “I did not come to be served, but to serve and give my life as a ransom for many.” Lifeline is following His example, by serving and giving!

I must confess that even though we are not leaving the country, we are leaving our church, friends, family, a stable job, and especially our granddaughter. After much prayer and counsel, God led me to Lifeline! It was a life-changing commitment! So, goodbye Kentucky, and hello Indiana!

Having a chance to serve with Lifeline and the great people that serve there has helped to make that decision much more easily. To be a part of a ministry that makes an impact on so many thousands of lives through church plants, medical missions, mission trips, education, and economic empowerment is an awesome adventure!

Jesus said, “Do not lay up treasures on earth, where rust and moth destroy and thieves break in and steal. But, to lay up treasures in heaven where rust and moths do not destroy and thieves do not break in and steal.”

I want to invest in The Kingdom! I hope to pour out my life like a drink offering, where all is emptied to serve God and love people and most of all, make disciples of Jesus Christ!
