After Three Years Without Rain...
A meal makes a difference! And I’ve personally seen the impact:
-
Students can stay in school
-
Families can focus on the future
-
Communities can begin building toward long-term solutions
I recently visited Usueni, Kenya where that truth is taking shape...
For years, a small church made of tin sheets gathered twice each week to pray for rain. Season after season, the rain never came.
Not in 2023. Not in 2024. Not in 2025.
Families struggled to grow food, students were sent home from school because there were no meals, and many wondered how they would move forward.
That’s why Lifeline is launching a new partnership in Kenya! Check it out here.
How does it work?
-
Lifeline meals are being provided for students and families to provide stability. A basic need is being met, and students can stay in school.
-
Local churches and ministry partners are training communities with drought-resistant farming techniques and discipleship. Many of those same students and their families will gain practical tools so that, in the near future, they can grow their own food as well as food to sell at the markets.
Communities will be transformed because of this partnership!
You can be part of this new initiative! When you donate monthly, you enable Lifeline meals to help these communities, along with all Lifeline's ministries.
Yes, I'll step in to help!
Thanks for stepping up to part of the solution!
