• Requirements: WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) background; significant Spanish fluency; fundraising expectation.

• The Vibe: A sensitive, high-impact role supporting women in vulnerable situations through healing and empowerment.
• The Impact: Provide trauma care, counseling, and mentorship in small-scale business or agricultural skills.
• Requirements: Female applicants only; strong expertise in counseling or business; some Spanish experience; fundraising expectation.

U.S. Based: Remote & Onsite

• The Role: Help our team work smarter. You’ll guide U.S. staff in strategic planning, logic models, and data-driven decision-making.
• Requirements: Extensive M&E experience and a love for "big picture" strategy.

• The Role: Learn the heart behind the ask. You’ll assist relationship managers with prospect research and build your own fundraising campaign.
• Requirements: A heart for people; comfortable with Google Suite/databases; personal laptop.

• The Role: Tell the story of what God is doing through Lifeline’s ministry, and how others can be involved. You’ll focus on building and implementing a social media strategy.
• Requirements: Experience using social media platforms and building social media strategies; personal laptop; currently studying communications or similar degree.

• The Role: Use your tech skills for ministry impact. You’ll help manage data and develop systems that keep our mission moving forward.
• Requirements: Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; some coding or backend experience; personal laptop; PowerBI knowledge is a bonus!
