Sponsors: important gift reminders

This is your opportunity to send a gift package to your sponsored child and/or purchase items through Lifeline for your child!

As you begin gathering items for your gift package, here are some important reminders:


You have 2 opportunities to send gifts
There are 2 gift deadlines each year, and with each deadline you have 2 full months to send in your gifts: January-February and July-August

Gifts are due by February 28th/August 31st
We need to allow adequate time to process and ship the gifts to Haiti and Honduras.  If your gift is sent late, it will be shipped with the next gift deadline.

One (1) gift package per child
You love to bless your sponsored child with gifts!  But when a child receives several gift packages and others receive none, this can create difficulties among the children. Our Haitian and Honduran field staff have requested that you only send 1 gift package for your child. 

A general guideline for a gift package size is approximately 14"x11"x6". Please note: if your gift package does not fit within our sponsor gift shipping bag, then some items may be removed and shared with a child who is still waiting for a sponsor.

Our goal is that every child receives a gift, yet there are many children who do not receive one. Could you send an extra gift package for a not-yet-sponsored child so that they know that someone is praying for them?

For your child's safety, please don't send this gift item
Vitamins are essential to a child's growth, so we suggest sending them to your child.  

But please do not send gummy vitamins.

Gummy vitamins glob together in the heat and the children could easily overdose by eating too many. The regular, chewable children's vitamins are what we recommend. (If you are uncertain what the difference is, just ask a mom with young children or the pharmacist.)

This fee assists with the costs of processing, shipping, and transporting your gift, along with photography services.  

New! You can now pay the gift processing fee online!  Simply log into your account and under your account select “Sponsor dashboard,” click on the blue “Actions” box to the right of the child that the gift is for, select “Send a Gift” and then scroll down to find and add “Gift Processing Fee” to your cart.
