Standing with Local Partners After the Storm!
As we are celebrating 45 years of ministry, Lifeline's partners in Cuba and Haiti are facing tremendous hardship in the wake of Hurricane Melissa.
In Haiti, heavy rains and flooding hit Petit-Goâve and the South Region hard. More than 20 people, including children, have died. Homes, roads, bridges, and crops were destroyed, leaving many vulnerable to hunger and illness.
In Cuba, flooding caused evacuations and material losses, but thankfully no lives were lost.
In both countries, local Lifeline partners are leading recovery efforts.

Disaster Relief: Hurricanes, earthquakes, and other natural disasters leave families and communities struggling to get back on their feet. When you give to disaster relief, you help local leaders meet immediate needs for families and communities! Your donations may provide food, shelter, and other forms of emergency relief to those impacted by disasters. If donations exceed the need for recovery, then those funds will continue to assist with the ongoing, local ministry.
