Start a Fundraising Campaign

The 7.2 earthquake that struck Haiti on August 14th devastated southern Haiti. More than 2,000 have perished; 12,000 were injured; and 53,000 homes were destroyed.

Our Haitian leaders have mobilized and developed a 3-phased approach to helping with this crisis.

Phase 1: Emergency Relief
Our Haitian staff will acquire relief supplies in-country (food, drinking water, hygiene supplies, and shelter components), and deliver them to communities in the earthquake zone where we have church leaders already positioned to help. This may include Lifeline meals that are shipped from the USA.

Phase 2: Short Term Recovery
This phase will include international resources. Lifeline's US and Canadian staff are coordinating the logistics getting most essential recovery resources to Haiti.

Phase 3: Long Term Development
This phase is a shift away from relief work, and a shift toward community development through the engagement and education of local leaders.

Your donation will support these phases as they unfold. Thank you!
