How can you be involved?

This year, your #GivingTuesday gift provides health care for children and families in Haiti and Honduras.

Lifeline's clinics, both onsite and mobile, provide care to children and families within these communities. The church and community leaders identify patient needs, which could be general health care, eye care, dental services, minor surgery, and/or preventative training. Then patients are seen and treated by local health care professionals.

When you donate, you provide more than health care. You are sharing the love of Christ with our Haitian and Honduran brothers and sisters, and reminding them that there is a God who cares for them.

Generous donors have covered the majority of Lifeline's clinic's costs, but there is a gap of $3 per patient. Will you step up and generously fill that gap so more people can receive the health care they need?

While many clinics in and around the communities where Lifeline’s clinics are located have closed, our leaders have made the decision to keep the clinics open since the onset of the pandemic providing much needed health care to many! Also, in Honduras, lifeline’s medical clinic in Ocotillo took a mobile clinic to a remote area after Hurricane Eta and in only two days provided much needed medical care to over 400 people.


Goal

The goal is to raise $21,000 to cover health care costs for 7,000 patients in Haiti and Honduras! How can you help?

What is #GivingTuesday?

#GivingTuesday was created in 2012 to encourage everyone to be generous by giving to organizations they believe are doing good. #GivingTuesday is a global movement, where people all over the world join together to love and give from their hearts on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. This year #GivingTuesday is on December 1.
