When I was 24 years old, my faith shifted from my head to my heart. Although raised going to church, the Holy Spirit showed me that I had never actually asked Jesus into my life. As soon as I did that, my whole world changed. A year later, I went on a short-term mission trip to the Dominican Republic, and the next year I was a co-leader on a trip to Nicaragua. I witnessed firsthand the transcendent love of God, and my passion for missions and serving was ignited! 

I now have been married for over 20 years and am blessed with two children. My family has participated in meal packs since my kids were young. We love going as it is a place for ALL ages to work together to further God’s Kingdom benefiting both local and global communities. When we discovered that our current church is a main sponsor for Lifeline, we were thrilled! 

Lifeline is a true JOY, and I am humbled and thankful to be a part of the team. As God weaves our hearts together in serving those in need around the world, my goal is to approach my work with prayer, peace, and wisdom. “For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.” -2 Chronicles 16:9a
