A Lifeline Mission Trip: More Than a Destination

Have you wondered what a Lifeline mission trip is like?

A Lifeline mission trip is more than a destination or stamp in your passport. It is an opportunity to serve and experience God moving in another language, culture and place!

You will come alongside local leaders to help them meet needs within the community.

On a mission trip, you may have the opportunity to:

  • help the local church through a special event, kids camp or service project
  • encourage the local leaders
  • experience a local church service
  • learn how God is using Lifeline meals to advance the kingdom of God
  • visit homes to pray and encourage individuals and families.

Check out what Josh and Amanda have to say. They recently returned from a mission trip to Guatemala!

“I learned on this trip that God is working through people everywhere. One of the biggest things I took away from this trip is that the people in Guatemala are bold. They are bold in their faith, their generosity and their compassion, and that is how I want to be.”

~ Josh

“One thing I want to do when I go home is pray for the global church. I got to see how God is working in the lives of Christians in Guatemala and provides for their needs every day. I want to be a part of that by praying for them.”

~ Amanda

We believe that each person is called to bring hope into their own homes and communities.
How lives will be sparked on mission by God will be different for each person; but, God invites us to join Him on mission wherever that may be.

We pray for Lifeline mission trips to be fertile ground for God to prepare His people for mission abroad as well as in their own homes, jobs and communities.
