Moisés, Changed from Within

San José Pinula is a bustling 150-year-old town, surrounded by mountains. Once known for its agricultural economy, its population has grown in recent years. With that has come modernization and expansion. It is here that Moisés lives.

Moisés was only 5 years old when he started coming to church in 2014. Like many little boys, he had boundless energy. In Sunday school class, he was so fidgety and talked so much that he distracted the other children with his antics. 

Today, Moisés is 12 years old and still enjoys coming to church! In the teen class, he is one of the first to join discussions. His concentration, intelligence, and interest in learning about the Lord are inspiring!

God has used the youth ministry of San José Pinula Christian Church, in Guatemala, to change Moisés’ life. His growth and maturity have inspired many in the church! The Lord has been faithful. We know that His love and mercy will accompany Moisés throughout his life and will guide him in all that he does.

God can change the lives of all kinds of people: people in difficult situations and people living a quiet life without God. Join us in prayer for other youth in our church who are seeking to know God in deeper ways.
