Arizona

The students in Winslow had a blast celebrating Jesus’ birth. From a parade to homemade ornaments, and from pies to a festival of trees, the students had a fun time getting in the Christmas spirit. The students also helped decorate the gym, and will be inviting the community in just before Christmas to spread the Christ’s love!

Ecuador

Children in Ecuador are preparing carols for their Christmas production at the school. All students will have a part! It's a wonderful time of year to reflect on the true meaning of the season with the children and the community.

El Salvador

For Christmas in El Salvador, families gather together to celebrate. The adults prepare delicious food, they give thanks to God, and then they blast off fireworks.

Guatemala

Students in Guatemala received letters from their pen pals, students in Lifeline’s Grand Goave school in Haiti! This is the third exchange they have made between the two schools. It is a great opportunity for the students to learn geography and about a different culture. It is also a way for the students to think outside themselves and learn that there are children all over the world learning about Jesus like they are.

Honduras

“The 2018 school year has come to an end, and we are thankful for a great year! We are grateful for all your prayers, support, love, friendships, and smiles this year. God has been faithful! Many students and families have the privilege of being a part of the positive changes here in Honduras through quality education thanks to your willing to help advance the work of His kingdom. Thank you from Honduras!!

On the last day of school, teachers presented awards to students. Some students were given awards for being on the Honor Roll, perseverance, and working hard. It was a bittersweet day since we had to say "see you later," however we are anxious for what God will do next year!”
