Colin HattrickColin serves on our Executive Team.

You keep ministry momentum moving when you support the ministry of our stateside missionaries: our Lifeline staff who dedicate their lives 24/7 to restoring hope around the world. Your prayers and donations enable our staff to be your hands and feet, as God's love is shared through Lifeline's ministry communities!

Colin shares:

I first got connected with Lifeline when my family got to host a large group of mission trip participants at our house for a week-long mission trip. Through that, I got to know a couple of the staff and learned more about Lifeline.

I joined the Lifeline Canada board before we really had any staff up here. During that time, I had a prolonged sense that God was calling my family to full time ministry in some capacity. I had been blessed with a great career but felt that God had something different in store. At the same time, Lifeline had been looking to start growing their ministry in Canada so we started having conversations about what that might look like for my family and if it was something God was calling us to. Through lots of prayer and discussion we realized this was where God was calling us so we took the plunge in April of 2017.

These past 3 years have been incredible. It's been great getting to engage so many people and churches to be a part of the life-changing work that God is doing through Lifeline; whether it's serving here locally, across Canada, or even across the world. Most importantly though I've had the privilege of engaging my kids in our ministry by hosting mission trips, volunteering at meal packing events, and even taking them to other countries to serve alongside some amazing, Godly people. It's been amazing getting to bring my family along and teach them what it's like to live a life on mission for God.
