Krissy KitzmillerKrissy serves on our Executive Support Team.

You keep ministry momentum moving when you support the ministry of our stateside missionaries: our Lifeline staff who dedicate their lives 24/7 to restoring hope around the world. Your prayers and donations enable our staff to be your hands and feet, as God's love is shared through Lifeline's ministry communities!

Krissy shares:

I grew up in and around San Diego, California. Being so close to the border of Mexico, and surrounded by culture, I feel like I developed a love and interest for people from an early age. God has given me a huge heart for community and building relationships in any way I can, which is why I am so stoked to be working with Lifeline.

I grew up in an untraditional home because both my parents stopped working by the time I was 12 due to an illness that left my Dad in need of full-time care and assistance. It is both a difficulty and a blessing in my life because it has brought my family closer to God and to each other. So, there’s a lot of love to go around.

Since I spent most of my life serving my dad, it gave me compassion for others, taught me grace and understanding, and pushed me to get out of my comfort zone. Once I got into college, I knew that God was calling me to a life of ministry and adventure. In the last several years I’ve gotten to serve several communities in South America as well as learn what it looks like to show people God’s love in action.

In my free time, I love to get outside, surf, work with animals, rock climb, and spend as much time in the water as humanly possible. No seriously, my family thinks I’m part fish. I also have a very goofy husky. Her name is Koda and she brings an abundance of joy and laughter. But one of the greatest joys of my life is my husband Cody, who is one of the greatest examples of selfless love I have ever seen.

I truly am so grateful to be a part of such an awesome team of people at Lifeline, and I hope through God’s grace that he continues to lead me through this crazy life so that I can make the greatest impact possible for his kingdom.
